Beyond the Healing
Your role in the Healing Process
Your actions are a key component of your healing. Focusing on your health and committing to a healthy lifestyle are the best steps you can take for your well-being. Together, you and your acupuncturist can heal your imbalances and help you achieve optimal health state.
Even after your symptoms are resolved, acupuncture can assist you in maintaining your health, and prevent future imbalances. The more you incorporate acupuncture and TCM into your life, the more you’ll learn to nurture your body, mind and spirit.
Your health is the most valuable wealth of you. Please don't take chances with it. A wellness plan that is easy to understand and follow through on is the key to good health all through your life. Making acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, the natural healing, a cornerstone of that plan, you are well on your way to live a life that is energetic, harmonic and balanced.
Please Be Advised: You should Not have acupuncture treatments within 2 weeks after an experimental COVID shot ( so-called " VAXX " ).

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
-World Health Organization (WHO)
" Natural immunity is the only true immunity. Everything else is an artificial attempt to cheat nature - and nature is never cheated ... If we think we can fool Mother Nature, we are only fooling ourselves." --- Dr. Raymond Obomsawin, PhD
Sunlight, physical exercises, social interaction, gut health, and exposure to pathogens are essential for a functioning immune system. Having common cold 1-2 times per year is a good way to exercise our immune system.
The U.S. Government in 1918 on " Spanish Flu " had more measured, more scientific, and more holistic guidelines of immunity self-promotion than what we have been told and done for the past 2 years:
- Fresh air and sunshine kill the germ. - Eat nourishing food.
- Beware of those coughing and sneezing. - Drink plenty of water.
- Keep out of crowds. - Get at lease seven hours of sleep.
- Avoid poorly ventilated rooms. - If you are sick, stay home.
- Keep in good physical ( & mental ) condition.

You will work together to find out how factors, like your lifestyle, emotional and mental well-being, may be affecting your health.........Read more
