Getting the Most Out of Acupuncture Treatments 

For the best treatment results and rapid healing, keep these things in mind:

• Please show up on time,
• Don’t eat a large meal or be hungry before your visits,
• Be sure the body is fresh clean,
• Wear loose, comfortable clothes,
• No or limit pain killers or muscle relaxants medication at least 48 hours prior to your appointment,
  
• Refrain from physical and emotional stress, overexertion, drugs or alcohol for at least seven hours after treatments,
  
• Don't hesitate to discuss any relevant questions or concerns with our acupuncturist,
• Commit to your treatment & long-term care plans,
• Keep your appointments in schedule. Skipping or pausing treatments may delay your healing or be relapsed.
  
• Follow the post - session instructions / advice for continuing healing and prevention.

First Visit 

Initial visits generally takes about 90 minutes. Our acupuncturist will collect your health history detail, give a physical exam, then provide you an individual treatment plan.

During your first visit, our acupuncturist will spend time getting to know you and your health concerns. You may be asked a wide range of questions about your symptoms, diets, exercise, lifestyle and emotional states– anything that may offer insight into your health. ------- Read more
